They could just pretty much rush you AFAIK without much strategy. You will encounter them in very large matches, and may likely not stand a chance against them even if you join a coalition and ally with other countries, they just have so much power. The golder has an upper hand in every aspect of the game, esp if he's all try hard. Well, he's gonna dominate, conquer a lot of land, easily boost morale and reinforce his army and whatnot while having a much larger army compared to the F2P player. Say, a player has 40k+ gold bars or even a million, and he spends a lot of it in a game.

I've played for 10+ hours for 1-2 weeks on a campaign as a F2P player, and I noticed how gold bars ingame, the currency could give paying players ALL sorts of benefits from a lot of resources for gold, to boosting morale, army reinforcements, instant speedups for everything, researches and training the army, etc., so it is paid to win. It's kinda fun, but gold changes everything. I'll give the game maybe a neutral rating. It's the same company, but they have 3 different conflicts of the game.
